Event: In this hands-on longleaf pine needle basketry workshop, you will have the opportunity to connect with local, natural materials while making an ornament to take home. The class will cover an introduction to working with pine needles, hand-stitching, and coiling techniques – all fundamental elements of learning to make longleaf pine needle baskets.
