Put a Face on It Pottery Class
Your instructor will guide participants through the process of creating a face on a wheel-turned cup that is sure to make you smile! Previous experience with clay is not required.
Hart Square Foundation is responsible for the historic preservation of Hart Square Village and the conservation of traditional and regional arts. They host mission-driven public events year-round, offer folklife classes and K-12 educational programming, and welcome members Tuesday through Saturday through our membership program.

Create a charming garden snail planter set in this fun, hands‑on clay workshop. Participants will learn the basics of hand‑building, shaping, and adding delightful details to bring their snails to life. Each planter set will be glazed and fired, with finished pieces ready for pickup in about three weeks. Class fee includes all tools, materials, glaze, firings, and guided instruction.
Each student will be taking home a completed 2×2 ft barn quilt square. You will have nine samples to choose from, and you will be drawing your design.
