In this 1 hour class\, we will safely practice basic AcroYoga poses. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable athletic clothing. We will jump right in! \n\nAcroYoga blends yoga and acrobatics into a partner-based practice\, focusing on building strength\, flexibility\, trust\, and communication through balanced\, dynamic poses. \n\nThis class is free- donations are graciously accepted.\nDoors will open at 10:45 so that we can start at 11.
