Dyson Leadership was founded in 2022 as a training business specializing in John Maxwell training content licensed by Maxwell Leadership. It was a dream of a teenager sitting in leadership development programs of one day being able to facilitate and train others the same way. That led to a lifelong pursuit of growing in leadership, communication, and personal development.
