One Year of Buzzing + Your July 4th Guide

Happy Birthday to Us, and Happy 250th to America!

Can you believe it? This week marks one year since the very first Hickory Buzz email hit inboxes. We started this journey with one simple goal: to make sure you never miss out on the local gems, events, and happenings that make our neck of the woods so special. Thank you for buzzing along with us for our first year—here’s to many more.

A New Look for a New Chapter

You might have noticed things looking a little sharper around here! We’ve officially launched our redesigned website, and it’s built specifically to help you find exactly what you’re looking for in the larger Hickory area. We have even more additions planned and we’ll be rolling them out in the coming weeks.

We want this site to be THE community hub. That means we need your help! If you’re hosting an event or know of something coming up, you can now post it directly to our calendar for free. Let’s make sure everyone in the area knows what’s going on.
