SAS (Survive the Attack Series) will focus on key areas, including situational awareness and control. Techniques for escape from any type of attack, from chokes to knives, will be demonstrated and practiced. Relaxation under duress and escaping the “fear lock” response will also be explored.
This is a hands-on workshop, so come prepared to participate and empower your mind and body with energy and confidence.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the family of Iryna Zarutska for their needs.
