Rock the Block Sidewalk Sale

Join us for a Rock the Block Sidewalk Sale celebration in Downtown Newton’s newly paved streets and safer, wider sidewalks, on Saturday, July 26, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.!
Grab free hot dogs and cotton candy, visit the History Museum of Catawba County, do some family art, get your face painted, listen to live music around the square, visit the petting zoo, take a tractor ride around town, see the trackless train and some snow, watch pleinaire artists at work, get wood carving tips from Woody Woodcarver Shop, catch a power carved wood demonstration, and check out the booths of local partners such as:
