Music On Main – Downtown Newton

Be sure to make summer Thursdays a date night or an after-work, quittin’-time night! No matter what you call it, we hope to see you at the Frank & Sue Jones Amphitheatre in Downtown Newton this summer!

Roads will close at 5:00 p.m. Food Trucks will open for business at 5:00 p.m. The band will start at 6:00 p.m. and continue until 8:30 p.m.

• June 11 — Bourbon Sons
  • A captivating blend of heartfelt lyrics and electrifying energy, delivering a sound that bridges the gap between tradition and modernity.
    • July 3 — The Frank Love Orchestra
      • Big band music at its best! With members from towns throughout the Carolinas and a long history of performances, they bring Dinner Music, Dance Music, Beach Music, Sousa Marches, German Band Music, Dixieland, and light Rock.
    • September 10 — Love Tribe 
      • The ultimate high-energy, good-time party band playing a wide range of music from 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s hits, to R&B dance, country rock, as well as the radio hits of today, and literally anything and everything in between.
    • October 8 — Night Moves
      • A “Cosmic Twang Rock Disco Fog Sludge” band from Minneapolis
