L.A.T E. Night Thursday: Monthly Journaling Club

Join fellow journaling enthusiasts for open studio-type journaling. Gather your friends, bring your journal, and fill it with sketches, collages, inspiration, paintings, and much more. The club gathers on the first Thursday of each month from 5-7 PM in the education wing. Prompts will be given to start your own creative process. Materials will be provided. 

About:

Hickory Museum of Art was founded in 1944 to collect, foster, and preserve American art. 8 works were collected that year, and today, 75+ years later, the Museum now has approximately 1,500 art objects in the Collection. Hickory Museum of Art continues on the pursuit of inspiration, imagination, and creativity. They keep meeting challenges head-on: to continue fostering important conversations, to continue being a catalyst for positive change, and to keep shaping our future, today and every day.
