Learn about historic dairy farming practices and modern-day dairy farming, and the history of ice cream as part of American culture and cuisine. Taste a traditional ice cream recipe and the modern Hart family secret peach ice cream recipe. This experience will culminate in a 3-flavor ice cream flight with a sundae toppings bar from Riverbend Creamery.
