Cider: An American Tradition

Embark on the journey of cidermaking through time. Cider was the backbone of colonial America, tying homesteads together and providing an adaptable beverage to families. This class will cover the history, tradition, and basics of cider making. We will process apples, press fresh juice, as well as have a tasting of hard ciders ranging from commercial ciders to traditional styled ciders.
