Art in the Park

We’re inviting submissions from artists of all backgrounds and experience levels. This juried competition seeks artwork that reflects personal or collective journeys from survival to strength. It honors those journeys through an artistic lens, recognizing the power of art as a vehicle for healing, reflection and reclaiming one’s story. THEME: “From Surviving to Thriving” A celebration of transformation, healing, and creative resilience. WHY THIS THEME MATTERS TO US: At Women’s Resource Center, we see daily examples of strength and transformation in our community. This theme reflects the heart of our mission: supporting individuals not only as they survive, but as they rise — finding agency, hope, and new beginnings.
