Join us for a special synergy of two downtown businesses: Mead and Mindfulness, hosted by MoonJoy Meadery. Wolf Moon will lead a 30 minute breathwork and guided meditation class inside MoonJoy Meadery’s Mead Hall. This class comes with a 4oz pour of mead to help you relax the mind while enjoying the antioxidants and benefits that this ancient fermented beverage can provide.
Come experience the mind-body connection, sip some mead, ground your nervous system, and discover the healing of breathwork and meditation with this class.
This class is open to all experience levels. You are welcome to bring a mat or meditation cushion with you… but you can always use the amazing seating options the meadery provides.
